Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior majoring in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field
• Fast-paced environments; tackle challenges head-on
• Team player who can also lead when needed
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools/systems
• Innovative mindset with problem-solving focus

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site Superintendent and Foreman with various tasks
• Track and verify quantities and measurements
• Track materials inventory and locations
• Learn building layout and site surveys on certain projects
• Organize, store, and maintain project tools
• Support safety audits and daily logs
• Assist with coordination of deliveries and RFI writing
• Support subcontractor coordination and schedule planning
• Join weekly coordination meetings and help document proceedings
• Maintain as-built documentation and project records
