McGough is seeking a Field Engineer Intern to gain hands-on experience on high-profile construction projects. You will work closely with on-site leaders, supporting field operations, document control, and coordination across trades.

This internship emphasizes mentorship, real-world exposure, and building a strong professional network. You will learn essential construction processes, participate in safety and quality checks, and develop practical skills in layout, surveying, and materials

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in construction management/engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work on diverse sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site Superintendent and Foreman with a variety of tasks.
• Track quantities and verify measurements on site.
• Help manage material_inventory and deliveries to sites.
• Learn building layout and site survey procedures on active projects.
• Support subcontractor coordination and schedule management.
• Contribute to daily logs, safety audits, and project documentation.
