Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior majoring in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who can also lead when required.
• Technically proficient and quick to learn new tools/systems.
• Innovative mindset with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site Superintendent and Foreman with a variety of tasks.
• Track quantities and verify measurements on site.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage materials inventory.
• Support RFI writing and project documentation.
• Participate in weekly coordination meetings and safety audits.
