JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Field Engineer to join the Advanced Facilities team in Georgia, supporting site crews on core Trade Family projects. You’ll participate in safety programs, learn construction methods, and develop relationships across the project team.

The role targets candidates with 0-2 years of construction experience or related training, a bachelor’s in CM/engineering preferred, and a willingness to grow in Lean practices and layout fundamentals on active build sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Participation in a federally required training or apprenticeship program, depending upon location (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

• Lears and participates in safety culture; demonstrates commitment to injury-free environment.
• Works with tools and executes self-perform work embedded with crew to complete tasks.
• Acquires knowledge about company best practices and construction techniques on-the-job.
• Builds relationships and communicates with trades and project team members.
• Develops understanding of company functions and contributions to project success.
• Learns company standards for equipment use in building processes.
• Collaborates with others and demonstrates teamwork.
• Incorporates Lean practices into daily activities.
• Participates in meetings like weekly work plans.
