Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 4 years military/field service experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying electromechanical equipment, preferably in the field.
• Ability to organize and express ideas clearly, verbally and written, in individual or group situations.
• Possess appropriate technical knowledge to perform required job functions in electro-mechanical, chemistry, computer or related disciplines.
• Must have the ability to lift 75 lbs.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify electromechanical equipment in the field; troubleshoot problems and system issues.
• Determine technical solutions per product and customer specifications; advise on actions.
• Analyze product implementations and modifications per customer specs and implementations.
• Assess customer needs and recommend solutions aligned with product specs.
• Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers and vendors; act as on-site company representative; manage territory responsibilities including preventive maintenance and upgrades; support hospital/clinic labs.
