JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Field Engineer for the Advanced Facilities Group in Ohio. You will join a core team supporting advanced industrial and data center projects, contributing to safety, planning, and on-site execution.

The role emphasizes learning our building techniques, collaborating with craft teams, and applying Lean practices daily to drive project success. Opportunities for growth and hands-on training are available on challenging programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Participation in a federally required training or apprenticeship program, depending upon location (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in the project safety plan.
• Performs self-perform work as part of a crew.
• Learns and applies company standards for building techniques.
• Builds relationships with foremen, journeymen, and subcontractors.
• Supports Lean practices in daily activities.
• Participates in weekly work plan meetings.
