Lithko Contracting in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring a Project Engineer. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on training in concrete construction with mentors guiding you through project scope, safety, quality and execution while you build skills for your next role.

You’ll participate in Lithko’s integration program and have clear pathways to advancement as most PEs move up within a year, in a fast, safety‑driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule with managers and mentors to ensure safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands‑on performance with our teams through the daily preparation plan and the project execution process.
• Duties may evolve as skills and interests develop.
• Roughly include estimating, field engineering (line and grade), forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, prep & forming of structural slabs, production tracking, quantity take-offs, slab on grade prep, slab on metal deck prep, and more.
