You will troubleshoot complex building automation projects and mentor junior staff while maintaining thorough project documentation. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in HVAC or related fields, with IP networking, Modbus/BACnet experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

2+ years in HVAC/building automation, information tech, or industrial networking.
Experience with IP networking, Modbus/BACnet, or PLC programming.
Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

System Performance: Install, commission, and optimize DDC systems to meet performance standards.
Proactive Problem Solving: Use technical judgment to mitigate project risks early.
Technical Leadership: Train owners and collaborate with Project Managers on execution.
Travel & Growth: Travel as needed; own complex projects end-to-end.
Project Integrity: Maintain documentation and participate in reviews for improvements.
