Job summary
Lancesoft seeks an on-site Field Engineer for Battery Storage System/Control applications to support installation, commissioning, and optimization of energy storage solutions. The role interfaces with customers and partners to ensure successful integration and performance.
The candidate will collaborate with engineering teams, participate in field trials, and provide technical guidance throughout deployment and commissioning phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Client customers, addressing inquiries related to product functionality, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Support Utility Customer Lab Testing, test plan development.
- Coordinate, install and commission Field Trial Units.
- On-site coordination of Battery Enabled Heat pump installations and commissioning support led by Partners.
- Conduct on-site visits to assist in product installation, commissioning, and optimization.
- Provide hands-on technical support and training to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with engineering and technical support teams.
- Monitor field test and pilot data, and work with R&D to troubleshoot and improve products.
- Gather customer feedback and document interactions and resolutions.
