Axon is seeking a high-impact builder to own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within a strategic account. You will design, build, and ship capabilities on site using Axon's stack, and drive adoption, optimization, and long-term success across deployments within public safety agencies.

Responsibilities include delivering AI-enabled workflows, maintaining strong executive relationships, and ensuring compliance and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments (typically 8+ years; varied experience welcome).
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder: shipped working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.

Responsabilités

• Build and ship new capabilities on site using Axon's platform: AI Era, agents, workflows, integrations, and data tools.
• Own outcomes end to end across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success.
• Apply CJIS, privacy, and evidence integrity guardrails in every build; ship working software.
• Onsite engagement: maintain presence 3-4 days/week, track mission outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning with agency leadership.
