Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is looking for a Field Engineer 2 to support site activities on routine projects, supervise a crew, and help execute the daily task plan under the site superintendent.

You will apply Lean construction practices, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with foremen, subcontractors and project teams to ensure schedules and quality are met on Industrial, Data Center, or Manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction experience (Required).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of crane flagging and rigging.
• Lean process and philosophy understanding is a plus.
• Experience with self-perform work and coordinating with crews.

Responsibilities

• Support construction activities for routine projects and supervise a crew.
• Execute tasks and assist with daily task planning and look-ahead scheduling.
• Participate in safety programs and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and project team members.
• Apply Lean practices and support planning meetings.
