Job summary

Franklin Energy / AM Conservation is seeking an Energy Auditor II to perform on-site energy assessments for small business tenants and building owners in the Bellevue area. You will advise on energy-saving opportunities, install efficiency devices, and help drive participation in rebate programs.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, collaboration with field teams, and documenting findings and recommendations for clients and program managers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• One of the following energy designations or certificates: HEP, Building Analyst, Envelope Professional, BPI Fundamentals or above.

Responsibilities

• Promote the energy efficiency program through energy assessments.
• Provide energy efficiency advice to building owners and tenants.
• Deliver high-quality services to utility customers.
• Complete walk-through energy assessments identifying energy-saving opportunities.
• Install energy-saving devices such as LED lamps and faucets.
• Explain energy assessment findings and rebate options to clients.
• Lead presentations promoting energy efficiency programs.
