Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Auditor II to provide expert energy efficiency services for small businesses and utility customers. You will perform walk-through assessments, install efficiency devices, and guide clients through rebate programs, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, data-entry skills, and the ability to train others while supporting program goals and travel up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related work experience.
• BPI Fundamentals or above certification is required.
• Residential building construction or HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform energy assessments and install energy-saving devices.
• Explain findings and rebates to building owners and clients.
• Maintain data in spreadsheets/databases and prepare reports.
• Lead presentations and mentor Energy Specialists.
