Franklin Energy in Renton, WA, seeks an Energy Auditor II to deliver energy assessments for small business tenants and utility customers, advise on modifications to electric and gas systems, and promote participation in rebate programs.

You will perform on-site walk-throughs, install energy-saving devices, explain findings and rebates, mentor junior staff, and help manage program performance while traveling up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years of related work experience.
• BPI Fundamentals or above is a requirement.
• Residential building construction or HVAC experience or related certifications.

Responsabilités

• Promote the energy efficiency program through scheduled assessments.
• Provide energy efficiency advice to building owners and managers.
• Perform on-site energy assessments and install energy-saving devices.
• Explain assessment findings and rebates to customers clearly.
• Lead presentations to promote energy efficiency programs.
• Conduct inventory counts and manage project data.
