Job summary

Franklin Energy in the United States is seeking an Energy Auditor II to provide on-site assessments for small business tenants, building owners, and utility customers. You will deliver expert energy efficiency recommendations, install devices, and guide customers through rebate programs with a strong focus on service quality.

You will mentor junior Energy Specialists, perform walk-through audits of gas and electric systems, and collaborate with engineers to determine savings opportunities,

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of energy auditor experience or equivalent.
• One of: Residential building construction, HVAC system install/service, or energy-designation certificates (HEP, Building Analyst, Envelope Professional, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform energy assessments to identify saving opportunities.
• Install energy-saving devices and participate in rebate programs.
• Explain assessment findings and rebates to building owners.
• Mentor Energy Specialists and conduct field trainings.
• Maintain reports and data for program performance.
