Job summary

Benesch is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to support endpoint deployments, patching, and security across hybrid environments. You will manage Windows, iOS, and Android devices using Endpoint Manager/Intune, and work with the IT team on security, compliance, and client needs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in device management, experience with SCCM/Intune, and strong troubleshooting plus customer service skills. Occasional travel to other offices is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in device management for Windows/iOS/Android.
• Experience with MDM platforms and Microsoft endpoint tools.
• Familiarity with SCCM/Intune packaging and delivery.
• Knowledge of security best practices for administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment and patching of Windows, Android and iOS devices.
• Administer Endpoint Manager/Intune and third‑party tools.
• Provide Tier III support for endpoints and related systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align security and client needs.
• Create runbooks and maintain technical documentation.
• Occasional travel to other offices.
