Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to join our Greene, NY team. You’ll support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring security and alignment with IT policies while delivering reliable end-user access.

You’ll manage provisioning, imaging, and deployment using Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and other tools, while maintaining up-to-date endpoints and assisting users with setup and configuration.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android endpoint devices.
• Experience with endpoint management tools and security patches.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident and request management.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline endpoint support and troubleshooting.
• Assist in provisioning, imaging, and deployment of new devices.
• Apply configurations and policies via management tools.
• Support onboarding of new users and device setup.
• Monitor and enforce security/compliance for endpoints.
