Job summary

Think Bank is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to manage deployment, security, and lifecycle of endpoint devices across the organization. You will partner with the technology team and vendors to keep workstations, mobiles, and peripherals secure and reliable, aligning with business needs.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, internal customer care, and making a direct impact on employee productivity and information security through hands-on administration, policy management, and vulnerability

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Windows workstation administration and security.
• Experience with printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Experience configuring and managing workstations for security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage, patch, and maintain endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and phones.
• Maintain InTune and SCCM packages and deployment policies.
• Manage Group Policy via Group Policy Manager and InTune Policy.
• Implement and maintain security controls across workstations.
• Plan lifecycle management of endpoint software and hardware.
• Build images and load OS and software on new computers.
• Track and verify endpoint software licenses.
• Document endpoint processes for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor endpoint equipment to ensure security and data integrity.
• Identify improvements to enhance end-user experience and compliance.
• Complete vulnerability scans and remediate findings.
