Job summary

Higharc is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Product Manager to turn a homebuilder's unstructured plan catalog into structured, queryable product data. This founding role sits on a brand-new Forward Deployed team and requires embedding with client teams and travel up to 30%.

You will own the searchable plan library, analytics dashboards, and agent-enabled search, working closely with engineers, QA, and client strategy to deliver tangible data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with customer-facing or deployed roles.
• Hands-on technical fluency: SQL, notebooks, APIs.
• Experience prototyping to validate ideas quickly.
• Defined structured data models and taxonomies.
• Strong data quality judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Embed with HQ and teams to locate plan assets and document variation origin.
• Own product definition for searchable plan library and analytics.
• Tune AI to translate floorplans into data.
• Work with data directly via internal APIs and ship capability back to users.
• Define acceptance criteria and hold line on delivery milestones.
• Frame ROI and consolidation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and client strategy; present tradeoffs.
• Capture playbooks and data patterns for future engagements.
