Job summary

Higharc is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Product Manager to turn a large production homebuilder's unstructured plan catalog into structured, queryable product data. This founding role sits on a new Forward Deployed team, embedding with client and internal teams to define and ship data-driven capabilities.

You will own the plan library, analytics, and agent-enabled search, shaping data models and ROI. This fully remote role requires travel up to 30% and close collaboration with executives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including customer-facing or deployed settings.
• Hands-on fluency: you write SQL, work in notebooks, script against APIs, and interrogate a data set.
• Experience prototyping to validate ideas quickly using Cursor, Replit, or V0.dev.
• Track record defining structured data models, taxonomies, or classification schemes.
• Strong judgment about data quality and its impact on decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with executives.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and events up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Embed with HQ, regional, and division teams to locate plan assets and document variation origins.
• Own product definition for the searchable plan library, analytics dashboard, and agent-enabled search.
• Tune AI to identify, categorize, and translate floorplans into data.
• Work hands-on with data: query the structured plan library, build against internal APIs, and ship capabilities to users.
• Define acceptance criteria for delivery milestones and uphold them under schedule pressure.
• Frame ROI: catalog redundancy, dimensional spread, consolidation candidates, and purchasing leverage.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering, the Technical Lead, QA, Intake Specialists, and Client Strategy, presenting progress and tradeoffs to executives.
• Capture playbooks and data patterns to carry to future engagements.
