Causal Labs is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to embed with our most strategic customers and drive deployment success. You will lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, strategists, and operators—on our side and theirs—to turn our technology into measurable results on the ground.

You will spend significant time on-site, traveling with customers to understand their environment and ensure the deployment delivers the defined outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, high‑stakes projects for demanding customers.
• Exceptional cross‑functional leadership to align engineers, operators and executives.
• Willingness to travel and spend extended time on-site with customers.
• Strong technical fluency to lead a technical team without writing code.
• Ability to make timely judgments with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of results for strategic customers from first engagement through production impact.
• Lead cross‑functional deployment teams across both company and customer sites.
• Embed with customers to understand winning definitions and drive toward them.
• Coordinate moving parts of complex deployment and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Turn field learnings into product direction for future deployments.
