Job summary

Exxon Mobil is seeking an experienced supervisor to support field electrical operations in the Permian. You will lead contract line crews, coordinate contractors, supervise maintenance, and troubleshoot primary and secondary voltage systems.

You will also relieve Electrical Foremen and uphold HSE policies to ensure safe, compliant work. The role requires journeyman lineman certification, 5+ years of distribution experience, and strong organizational and communication skills; a valid driver's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical distribution system experience required.
• Journeyman Lineman certification or Department of Labor Apprenticeship Certificate required.
• Evaluate and correct electrical distribution system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract line crews performing electrical work in the field.
• Coordinate contractor selection, supervise maintenance, troubleshoot primary/secondary voltage systems.
• Relieve Electrical Foremen when needed and ensure safe work per HSE policies.
• Maintain a skill matrix for progression and enforce safety standards.
