Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to support field operations in the Permian Basin. You will supervise contract crews, coordinate electrical maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operation of primary and secondary voltage systems across field locations.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical expertise in electrical distribution, and strong communication to manage crews and contractors in a dynamic oilfield environment in West Texas and New Mexico border areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical distribution system experience required.
• Journeyman Lineman certification or Department of Labor Apprenticeship Certificate required.
• Evaluate and correct electrical distribution system.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills required of the position.
• Good organizational skills, especially with regard to logistical planning of large work projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Exxon Mobil field operations in the Permian by ensuring PSMS and WMS objectives are met at the field level.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of contract line crews performing all electrical work in the field.
• Coordinate contractor selection, supervise maintenance, and troubleshoot primary/secondary voltage systems.
