You will implement disciplined pipelines, KPIs, and CRM-driven forecasting, while coaching reps, refining pricing strategies, and partnering with leadership on go-to-market positioning.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of sales or commercial leadership in industrial services.
• Proven ability to build structure in fast-growing environments.
• Hands-on leader with field presence and relationship building.
• Strong coaching and communication skills to elevate sales teams.
• Experience in multi-site or PE-backed, high-growth settings.
• Data-driven with KPIs, forecasting, and pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen sales execution across service lines with disciplined processes and KPIs.
• Build standardized workflows, CRM usage, and forecasting tools.
• Coach sales reps through ride-alongs, deal reviews, and pricing oversight.
• Improve pipeline quality via qualification, territory planning, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with leadership on value propositions, pricing, and GTM positioning.
• Ensure adoption of HubSpot dashboards and data-driven decisions.
