Qualifications

• NMLS registration under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, with compliant record.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Two or more years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Originates mortgage loans in an assigned Non-Bank territory and solicits loan sales away from U.S. Bank locations.
• Takes applications and conducts preliminary underwriting reviews for processing and underwriting.
• Ensures documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner.
• Spends at least 50% of time conducting activities away from U.S. Bank locations.
