U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate loans in the assigned non-bank territory and manage the end-to-end process from application to closing. The role requires frequent travel away from bank locations to pursue sales opportunities and build client relationships.

Applicants should have NMLS registration, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years of Mortgage/Sales/Real Estate experience. Strong communication and sales skills are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z; ongoing regulatory compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience

Responsabilidades

• Originate mortgage loans in the assigned territory and take applications
• Submit loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval
• Ensure documents for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner
• Spend at least 50% of time away from U.S. Bank locations conducting sales activities
