Qualifications

• Knowledge of underwriting requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans in assigned territory
• Take applications and conduct preliminary underwriting reviews
• Submit loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval
• Ensure documents required are secured in a timely manner
• Spend at least 50% of time conducting sales away from U.S. Bank locations
