Responsibilities

• Lead overall sales strategy and execution across the organization.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and development to the sales team.
• Spend significant time in the field conducting ride-alongs and visits with customers.
• Mentor less-experienced sales professionals and improve effectiveness through coaching.
• Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
• Maintain relationships with customers at all levels, from plant floor to executive leadership.
