Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to build local catering partnerships, plan and execute orders, and drive growth in the district. You will connect with restaurants and the surrounding community, follow up on leads, and convert first-time customers into repeat catering partners.

The role emphasizes in-person outreach, relationship building, and ownership of responsibilities with a focus on delivering quality food and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Eligible to travel up to 50% of time.
• Availability Monday–Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for catering inquiries in your district.
• Prospect for new catering business by visiting local businesses and organizations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and convert prospects to recurring customers.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails and submissions to assist guests with orders.
• Provide detailed catering info including menu, pricing and options, with aloha spirit.
• Coordinate order and delivery fulfillment with Mo' Bettahs locations.
