Mo' Bettahs in Utah is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to grow local catering business by building relationships with restaurants, schools, churches, and businesses. You will plan, organize, and execute catering orders for future dates, and proactively pursue new catering opportunities in your district.

You’ll spend much of your day in the field, visiting offices and local organizations, presenting our catering menu, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery with the team.

Qualifikationen

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Available to work Monday–Sunday.
• Basic experience with computers (MS Office, email, iPad).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for catering inquiries and build relationships.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new leads; convert prospects into recurring catering customers.
• Coordinate order and delivery fulfillment with Mo' Bettahs locations.
• Follow up with customers to confirm details and ensure satisfaction.
• Track performance indicators such as order volume and repeat business.
• Work with restaurant leadership to optimize the catering process.
