Job summary

Domino Amjet in the United States is seeking a DP Installation Engineer to install Domino printers (K-Series) and accessories at customer sites, with significant travel. You will diagnose and repair installation issues, provide telephone support, and ensure installations meet production requirements.

You will liaise with customers and contractors, document work, and share best practices while working with Sales and the internal team to keep projects on schedule and customers satisfied with

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school completed.
• Five years of related experience required.
• Electromechanical, hydraulic, and machinery experience preferred.
• Experience interacting with customers required.

Responsibilities

• Install Domino printers (K-Series) and accessories at customer sites.
• Significant travel away from home is required.
• On-site and remote fault finding and repair of Domino equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Provide training and support for customers on equipment operation.
