Domino Amjet in the United States seeks a DP Technical Product Manager to own software applications across the Domino digital printing portfolio. The role collaborates with all departments to improve product reliability, customer efficiency, service efficiency, and aftermarket growth.

You will lead training, implement DFE workflows on press sales, support pre-sales, document field interactions, and relay customer requirements to Product Management.

Qualifikationen

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in printing technology or related field.
• Understanding of the digital print lifecycle including MIS/ERP and RIP software.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver customized training programs.
• Lead, install, train and implement DFE workflows on new press sales.
• Develop strategies to increase aftermarket and efficiency.
• Support customers via telephone/helpdesk when needed.
• Document customer visits and provide market feedback to Product Management.
• Coordinate with Domino Group and NA Technical Product Managers on validation and issues.
