Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking knowledgeable customer-focused technicians to join our team in the United States. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, and install dock and door equipment, perform maintenance, and manage vehicle inventory.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with welding experience and mechanical/electrical aptitude preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with strong safety and customer-care expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Less than 2 years related experience.
• Technical school graduate preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Welding experience.
• Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment.
• Welding.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.
