Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a field-based District Sales Manager to grow the industrial refrigeration business within a designated territory. You will support Food and Beverage customers, contractors, engineers, and end users with application knowledge and commercial insight while owning territory sales and building demand for Frick equipment.

You will travel extensively, collaborate with contractors and stakeholders, and represent Johnson Controls professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial refrigeration components and equipment.
• Background in industrial refrigeration sales/engineering, refrigeration contracting, or food freezing.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of Food and Beverage equipment within the assigned territory.
• Support refrigeration contractors with technical and commercial information to advance sales.
• Create demand for Frick equipment among end users and engineers for opportunities through contractors.
