Job summary

TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer in Portland, OR, is seeking a Selling District Manager to lead a district and drive sales results while building customer and community relationships. The role is hands-on, with frequent field coaching and real-time feedback.

You will recruit, hire, and develop talent, balance sales leadership with operations, ensure policies and merchandising standards, and plan schedules to maximize peak selling times. Travel across the district is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week).
• Retail storefront environment experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel 100% including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one location in Portland, OR (Washington Street area) and drive sales performance.
• Coach store team in real time and model customer-first selling behaviors.
• Develop people through meetings, coaching and succession planning.
• Balance sales leadership with operational controls: policies, inventory, cash handling, merchandising.
