Job summary

TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Selling District Manager to oversee two locations in Lewiston and Clarkston, ID. You will lead from the front, drive sales performance, and build strong customer and community relationships.

Your day includes reviewing district sales results, coaching teams, and using insights to identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced wireless environment. You will travel as needed and develop future leaders through mentoring and planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to work full-time (approx. 45 hours/week) and flexible schedule.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two stores in Lewiston and Clarkston, ID, driving sales performance.
• Coach and develop store teams; monitor results and coach in real time.
• Plan schedules and ensure merchandising, inventory controls, and policies are followed.
• Engage with the community and lead initiatives beyond store operations.
