Job summary

JND is seeking a District Manager to oversee performance, operations, and teams across a group of retail locations in the United States. This hands-on, field-based leadership role focuses on coaching Store Managers, driving sales, and ensuring brand standards while supporting new store openings.

You will travel frequently nationwide to lead and train teams, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with HQ on initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience leading multiple stores or a district is preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods.
• Based in or near Dallas, TX, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a group of store locations across the US, driving sales, operational excellence, and consistent brand standards.
• Travel frequently and extensively across the country and to new and existing store locations.
• Coach Store Managers and store teams to drive KPIs and customer experience.
• Partner with HQ teams to roll out initiatives and promotions across the district.
• Manage district labor and expense budgets and optimize scheduling.
