Job summary

Journeys is seeking a District Sales Manager in Training to supervise retail store locations across the district and develop the skills needed to perform as a DSM. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on driving sales, coaching teams, and upholding company standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail sales, strong communication and leadership abilities, and a willingness to travel extensively within the district.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within district.
• Able to recruit, train, and develop store teams.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Achieve district sales goals and profitability targets.
• Support the DSM in evaluating people and performance.
• Assist in staffing stores within the district.
• Manage Loss Prevention practices within the district.
• Direct store operations and coach employees to follow policies.
