J.Crew Group (JCG) seeks a District Manager to lead a network of retail stores within a designated district, driving operational excellence, performance and profitability. You will build strong, accountable teams through clear communication and a focus on brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching store managers, developing talent pipelines, analyzing district performance with PowerBi, and ensuring consistent execution of company policies while travel is required for regular store

Qualifications

• 5+ years of district management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to stores.
• Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in retail technologies and reporting.
