Job summary

Bejac Corporation, a leading equipment dealer in the Western United States, seeks a Field Dispatcher in Reno, NV. This full‑time role runs Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM and includes benefits. You will dispatch technicians, handle service calls, and monitor labor hours to ensure efficient field operations.

Location is on-site in Reno; previous supervisory experience is a plus, and strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service focusing on billing questions or service disputes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for daily records and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Bejac Corporation, one of the largest specialty equipment dealers in the Western United States, is hiring.

Our Reno, NV location is currently seeking a Field Dispatcher who will dispatch the appropriate technicians for the job.

This is a full-time position; Monday -- Friday, 8 AM -- 5 PM. Bejac offers an excellent benefits package! Must be located in or around Reno.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls related to service billing questions, disputes and/or explanations
• Follow-up on quotes and pending repairs
• Monitor mechanic time on work orders
• Control labor hours
• Prepare technician evaluations
• Discuss technician deficiencies
• Answer calls for service, recording the necessary information to either work through the situation or to dispatch the appropriate technician
