Job summary

Bejac Corporation, a leading equipment dealer in the Western United States, seeks a Field Dispatcher in Reno, NV. This full‑time role runs Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM and includes benefits. You will dispatch technicians, handle service calls, and monitor labor hours to ensure efficient field operations.

Location is on-site in Reno; previous supervisory experience is a plus, and strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service focusing on billing questions or service disputes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for daily records and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls related to service billing questions, disputes and/or explanations.
• Follow-up on quotes and pending repairs.
• Monitor mechanic time on work orders and control labor hours.
• Prepare technician evaluations and discuss deficiencies.
• Answer calls for service and dispatch the appropriate technician.
