Pfizer seeks a Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience.
High school diploma with 10+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within a specialty dermatology market.
Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through high-impact in-person and virtual engagements.
Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing behavior.
Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve appropriate patient access.
Leverage data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional partners (Field Medical, Reimbursement, Key Account Management) to address customer needs.
Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution.
