Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive dermatology therapy adoption through compliant, strategic engagement with healthcare providers. You'll launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

Requires strong specialty selling, disease-state knowledge, and reimbursement navigation, in-person and digital engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years if associate degree; 10+ years if high school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing or aligned experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record; DUI/DWI in past 7 years disqualifies.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and meet sales objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders.
• Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources.
• Leverage data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams to address needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy.
