Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Dermatology is seeking a Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies. This field-based role partners with dermatologists and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value across assigned accounts.

The position requires strong specialty selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and comfort with in-person and digital channels, including hybrid selling models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or 8+ years with an associate's degree.
• Minimum 3 years in pharma/biotech/medical device sales or marketing.
• Valid US driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and sales within dermatology.
• Engage dermatologists, APPs and staff through in-person and virtual visits.
• Navigate reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
