Pfizer is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic, compliant engagement with healthcare providers. The role partners with dermatologists, APPs, office staff, and key opinion leaders to launch products and ensure access.

This field-based position requires strong specialty selling skills, disease-state knowledge, reimbursement navigation, and effective engagement across in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales, marketing, or aligned therapeutic provider experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Field Medical, Reimbursement, KAM) to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution.
