Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Commercial Sales seeks a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with clinicians. You’ll partner with dermatologists, APPs, office staff, and key opinion leaders to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value.

The role requires deep disease-state knowledge, strong specialty selling skills, and comfort navigating reimbursement in both in-person and digital settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience.
• Or a high school diploma with 10+ years of work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing or aligned HCP experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within a specialty dermatology market.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formularies, access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources.
• Leverage data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts and plan calls.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional partners to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution.
