Job summary

Pfizer US Dermatology Sales is seeking a Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. This field-based role partners with dermatologists, APPs, office staff, and key opinion leaders to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; alternatively an associate’s with 8+ years of work experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record per company standards; DUI/DWI in past 7 years disqualifies.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within a specialty dermatology market.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve appropriate patient access.
• Leverage data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional partners to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution.
