Pfizer US/PR Dermatology organization seeks a field-based Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will collaborate with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to ensure access and deliver differentiated clinical value.

The role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, and comfort with reimbursement navigation.

Qualifications

• Education and work experience as listed: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with alternative paths as described.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing or aligned healthcare experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and sales in dermatology.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways and patient support resources.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights for brand strategy.
