Job summary

Pfizer Inc. US/PR Dermatology organization seeks a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic, compliant engagement with healthcare providers.

You will work with dermatologists, APPs, office staff, and thought leaders to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts. The role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, and comfort navigating

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; alternate pathways with experience considered.
Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or related marketing roles.
Driver’s license and clean driving record required; ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant field engagement.
Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff.
Deliver clinical messages using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and plan calls.
Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams to address customer needs.
Support product launches and provide field insights to shape brand strategy.
