Qualifications

• Experience in program management and product deployment roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi-domain environments.
• Experience translating and decomposing technical concepts into operational requirements.
• Willing to travel 25–50%.
• Secret Clearance or above required.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing Account Manager capacity, working directly with the Department of War Service to deploy Anduril C2 products.
• Own the delivery of contract deliverables, including performance metrics, reports, and user engagement roadmaps.
• Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements, feedback, issues, and challenges.
• Provide input to program and engineering teams to drive product features and configurations that improve user workflows.
• Support engagement with other service components, Geographic Combatant Commands, and other Government organizations to increase adoption.
• Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system, including issue tracking, training, and exercises.
